AI Voice Agent Engineer
Full-time · Remote

Build and optimize AI voice agents that handle broker negotiations, load booking, and driver check-ins. Our agents handle real calls with real brokers every day using OpenAI Realtime API, Deepgram, Claude, and SignalWire.

What you will do
  • Design and build AI voice agent pipelines (STT → LLM → TTS)
  • Integrate with SignalWire for telephony and call handling
  • Optimize agent prompts and conversation flows for real broker calls
  • Monitor call quality, transcripts, and agent performance
  • Build tools for agent self-improvement and evaluation
Preferred Background
  • Experience with LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, or similar)
  • Familiarity with STT/TTS systems (Deepgram, ElevenLabs, Whisper)
  • Python or Node.js backend experience
  • Interest in agentic AI systems
  • Telephony or VoIP experience a plus
