Yes. VAU0 Portal is designed to scale. We currently support fleets up to 200+ trucks with no performance degradation. Enterprise accounts receive dedicated support and custom configuration.
What happens to our data if we migrate from another TMS?
We support historical data import via CSV for loads, drivers, and financial records. Our enterprise onboarding team handles the migration process. Your data remains yours — export at any time.
Can different departments have different access levels?
Yes. VAU0 has full role-based access control. Operations managers, maintenance managers, safety directors, recruiters, and dispatchers each see only the data relevant to their role. Custom role creation is available for enterprise accounts.
Do you offer an SLA for uptime?
VAU0 Portal maintains 99.98% uptime. Enterprise accounts receive priority support with a dedicated response commitment. Contact office@vau0.com for enterprise SLA details.
Can we keep our current ELD if we don't want to switch to ERETH?
VAU0 TMS works as a standalone platform without ERETH ELD. However, the native ELD integration provides significantly more value — real-time telemetry, automatic HOS sync, and maintenance intelligence are only available with ERETH ELD.
What about DAT and Truckstop.com integration?
Direct DAT and Truckstop.com API integration is in development for Q3 2026. Currently, our DAT Board AI Parser allows you to paste load board text and extract all loads automatically with AI.
Is VAU0 FMCSA compliant for our DQ file management?
Yes. VAU0's driver onboarding system collects all documents required by 49 CFR Part 391 for driver qualification files. Documents are stored securely, with expiration tracking and automated alerts.
What is the post-2026 pricing for large fleets?
We have not announced post-2026 pricing. Enterprise fleets that join during the free period will receive preferred pricing and be first to know about our pricing structure.
