Compliance & Safety Manager
Full-time · Albuquerque, NM
Manage FMCSA compliance across our carrier operations. You will handle driver qualification file review, ELD compliance monitoring, safety program management, and DOT audit preparation.
What you will do
- Maintain and audit driver qualification files (DQ files)
- Monitor ELD compliance and HOS violations
- Manage safety program — accidents, incidents, corrective actions
- Prepare for and manage DOT audits and new entrant reviews
- Coordinate with dispatch and recruiting on compliance requirements
Preferred Background
- 3+ years FMCSA compliance or trucking safety experience
- Knowledge of 49 CFR Parts 382, 383, 391, 395
- Experience with driver qualification file management
- DOT audit experience preferred
- Familiarity with ELD systems and HOS rules
