Dispatch Coordinator
Full-time · Albuquerque, NM / Remote
Coordinate freight operations alongside our AI dispatch agents — assign loads, communicate with brokers and drivers, track deliveries, and manage exceptions. Help train the next generation of automated dispatch.
What you will do
- Assign and monitor loads for active drivers
- Communicate with freight brokers on load status and issues
- Track deliveries and manage exceptions in real time
- Work alongside AIDA AI agents and handle escalations
- Document dispatch activity in VAU0 TMS
Preferred Background
- 1+ years freight dispatch or logistics coordination experience
- Familiarity with load boards (DAT, Truckstop)
- Strong communication skills — phone and email
- Comfortable with technology and learning new systems
- Experience with TMS software a plus
