VAU0 Tires currently offers pickup at our Tampa, Florida location only. No shipping or delivery is available. The exact pickup address will be provided in your confirmation email once your order is ready.
Once your order status is updated to READY_FOR_PICKUP, you will receive an email notification with a link to schedule your pickup appointment. Appointments are available in time slots managed by our team.
Walk-in pickups are not guaranteed. We strongly recommend scheduling your appointment in advance to ensure staff availability and loading equipment.
You may designate someone else to pick up your order. The designated recipient must have the pickup code, a valid photo ID, and knowledge of the order details. VAU0 LLC is not responsible for tires released to an individual presenting a valid pickup code.
After your order is marked READY_FOR_PICKUP, you have a designated grace period (typically 30 days) to complete your pickup. Grace periods may be extended upon request with valid reason. After the grace period expires without contact, your deposit may be forfeited per our Refund Policy.
You are encouraged to inspect your tires at the time of pickup. Once tires leave our facility (confirmed by the pickup completion scan), all sales are final and no returns are accepted for condition issues. If you identify a defect before leaving, notify staff immediately.
Our staff can assist with loading tires into your vehicle. We are not responsible for damage to your vehicle during the loading process. For bulk orders (20+ tires), please notify us in advance so we can prepare appropriate equipment.
