Warranty Policy

VAU0 Tires sells new commercial truck tires. This policy describes warranty coverage and how to obtain service.

Manufacturer Warranty

All tires sold through VAU0 Tires carry the manufacturer's standard limited warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. The specific warranty terms vary by brand and model and are provided in the documentation included with your tires or available from the manufacturer's website.

What Is Covered

• Manufacturing defects (bead defects, ply separation, sidewall irregularities not caused by road hazard or misuse)
• Workmanship defects identified at the time of pickup before tires are installed

What Is Not Covered

• Road hazard damage (punctures, cuts, impact breaks, curb damage)
• Damage caused by improper inflation, overloading, or misapplication
• Normal wear and tread wear
• Damage caused by improper mounting or balancing
• Tires that have been repaired, retreaded, or modified after purchase
• Damage from accidents, fires, or chemical exposure

How to Make a Warranty Claim

To initiate a warranty claim, contact us at office@vau0.com within 30 days of discovering the defect, with:

• Your order number
• Photos of the defect
• Description of the issue and when it was discovered
• Mileage on the tire, if already mounted

VAU0 LLC will coordinate with the manufacturer for warranty inspection and resolution. Resolution may include replacement, credit, or repair at the manufacturer's discretion.

VAU0 LLC's Role

VAU0 LLC acts as a reseller and is not the manufacturer. We will assist in facilitating warranty claims but are not independently liable for manufacturing defects beyond what the manufacturer's warranty provides. Defects identified at the time of pickup before leaving our facility will be handled directly by our team.
