VAU0 Tires operates on a preorder model. By placing an order, you are reserving tires from an upcoming container shipment at a locked-in price. Tires are not in stock at the time of your order and will be available for pickup once the container arrives at our Tampa, FL facility.
A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your preorder. The deposit amount is displayed at checkout and locks in your per-tire price. The remaining balance is due at the time of pickup. Prices include applicable Florida state sales tax.
Prices are phase-based: EARLY, IN_TRANSIT, ARRIVAL, and REGULAR. The phase active at the time of your order determines your locked price. You will not be charged the higher price even if the phase changes before pickup.
Container arrival dates are estimates and may change due to shipping delays, port congestion, customs processing, or other factors beyond our control. VAU0 LLC is not liable for delays in container arrival or changes to the pickup timeline.
You may cancel your preorder at any time before the order status reaches READY_FOR_PICKUP. Upon cancellation, your deposit is forfeited unless VAU0 LLC, at its sole discretion, determines otherwise. The balance due is not charged if an order is cancelled before pickup.
If VAU0 LLC is unable to fulfill your order due to supply issues, a full refund of the deposit will be issued.
Once your order is marked READY_FOR_PICKUP, you have a designated grace period to schedule and complete your pickup. If you do not pick up your tires within the grace period, your deposit may be forfeited at VAU0 LLC's discretion. Extensions may be granted upon request.
Tire specifications (size, brand, model, load range) are displayed at the time of ordering. VAU0 LLC reserves the right to substitute an equivalent or superior tire model if the originally ordered product becomes unavailable, at no additional cost to the customer.
VAU0 Tires currently offers Tampa, FL pickup only. No shipping or delivery is available. You are responsible for providing appropriate transportation for your tires at the time of pickup.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes shall be resolved in Hillsborough County, Florida.
