Order data: tire selection, quantities, pricing, order status history
Payment data: payment intent ID, last 4 digits of card, receipt URL — we do not store full card numbers
Pickup data: recipient name, phone, vehicle, company, appointment details
Usage data: server logs, IP addresses, browser type (retained for up to 90 days)

Passwords are hashed using bcrypt. Payment data is handled exclusively by Stripe and never stored on our servers. We use HTTPS for all data transmission.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Significant changes will be communicated via email to registered customers. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance.
